Building Description
Deposit is 1.5X rent amount. Minimum Income Requirement is 3X amount of rent for household collectively. Not wheelchair accessible. Unit includes 1 bath, stove, carpet, blinds, stove, refrigerator and waste disposal. Off street one carport parking available. Laundry facility onsite.
