Building Description
WAIT LIST ARE OPEN - Wait time is 6 months or more.
Rent can be no more than 50% of tenants income. Dep.1X amount of rent. Minimum Income Requirement is 2X the amount of rent. Six Units Wheelchair Accessible, 2 units hearing impaired. Applications can be picked up from the property office. Completed applications can be returned in person or via USPS. If you need an application sent, please call 510. 357.8330. Units include: electric range, refrigerator, landscaped courtyard, community social center, onsite laundry facilities on 2nd and 4th floors, covered/uncovered off street parking, elevators, free onsite service programs.
Garbage, Water and Heat are paid.
Credit Check Fee is $25.
