Deposit is $750. Minimum Income Requirement is income based. ADA Wheelchair Accessible. Units include stove, refrigerator and carpet and flooring. Coin-op laundry onsite. Street parking only. BMR units have fixed rent amounts and minimum/maximum income restrictions that households must meet. EBALDC accepts Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV) for its BMR units.
