Project-based Studio Apartments, No vacancies – Rent is 30% of Income. Deposit is $300 minimum and up to 2x the monthly rent (based upon credit). Minimum income is 1 person $1726. month and 2 persons $1973. per month. Max Income Limits: 50% AMI: $51,800 for 1 person, $59,200. for 2 persons. Eviction OK. Wheelchair accessible.
