Eligibility: Waiting List Closed
· Head of Household or Co-Head must be 62 years or older at the time of application.
The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Vineyard Village opens on October 31, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available online to print. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on November 7, 2023.
Paper applications will also be available to pick up at 3700 Pacific Avenue, Livermore, CA 94550 at the following times:
· Tuesday, October 31, 2023 through Tuesday, November 7, 2023, 9am – 12pm, 1pm – 5pm
Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications must be postmarked by November 7, 2023 AND received by the manager's office by 5:00 PM on November 14, 2023.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on October 31, 2023 at 9:00 AM and close on November 7, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Please call (833) 554-1174 for assistance.

Income requirement is 50% of median income or less. Owner/Federal preference is given to those who meet the criteria: 1) displaced involuntarily, or 2) 50% of median income. 41% of complex's total rentals have to be set aside for extremely low income. Unit includes: 1 bath. 1 cover parking space. Property Manager on Site. Eight mobility impaired units. Total of 75 units.
