Building Description
Apartments - Deposit is 1.5X rent amount. Minimum Income Requirement is 3X amount of rent for household collectively. Not wheelchair accessible. Contact Ken for viewing at (510) 365-2591. Unit includes 1 bath, gas stove, refrigerator, closet for an extra small storage space or for a little office, carpet flooring except for in bathroom and kitchen, washer/dryer coin-operated in basement. No Water Filled Furniture. Smoke Free Apartment. Street Parking Only. One year Lease required.

- Screening fee is $50. Good Credit rating is needed.
