Studios and 1 bedroom. Income Requirement is 2X the amount of rent. Deposit is 1x the amount of rent. (Amounts are Subject to Change). There’s a ramp for wheelchair access and also an elevator. Tax Credit WAIT LIST Open. Sec. 8 Closed. Unit includes: Bath, Electric Stove, Refrigerator, Wall to Wall Carpet, Blinds, Patios or Balconies, Air conditioning/Heat. Amenities: Service Coordination, Landscaped Grounds, Community Room, Onsite Laundry Room, Limited Parking. Maximum occupancy for 1-bedroom units is 3 people. Senior services include social and recreational activities. Provide dinners or BBQ's several times a year, play bingo once a week. Tenants may order lunch through Spectrum Lunch Program Mondays through Thursdays with a 24-hour advance notice. The fee for the lunch program will be a donation. 29 units are subsidized units.
