Each unit is complete with full kitchen and includes refrigerator, range, carpeting and mini blinds. Complex includes a community room, garden courtyard, coin-op laundry, onsite staff, gated parking and monitored entrances. Households must be capable of meeting all landlord/lease obligations and HUD requirements with or without care assistance. Maximum family size is 2 persons.
