Units will consist of 60 one bedrooms units for very low to extremely low income seniors and an onsite manager's unit. The apartments will be available to seniors aged 62 and older, who earn less than 50% of Area Median Income. It will also include a community room, and space for onsite resident service programs, landscape yards, patio, and a resident garden.
