1 Income limit $51,800. Min. Income* $18,720
2 Income limit $59,200. Min. Income* $19,584
*Required Income is 2 times the monthly rent unless household has housing voucher or 780 for Studios and $816 for 1-Bedrooms.

Studio and 1 bdrm Apt.  Dep.TBD. RENT & DEPOSIT AMOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Wheelchair Yes. Tax Credit Waiting List is OPEN. Section 8 Wait List is Open. Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Disposal.  Amenities: Coin-operated Laundromat. Assigned Parking, Onsite Service Coordination & Activity Planning through the Social Service Coordinator. Controlled Entry Access.  Units: 200

• Credit Check Fee is $0.
• Section 8 Welcome.
