Building Description
Min. Income Requirement 3X the rent. Wheelchair Inquire. Unit includes: 2 Baths, Living Room, Dining Area, Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Recessed Lighting, Hardwood Flooring, Washer & Dryer, Air Conditioner, Yard with Flowers and Fruit Trees.
- Water and Garbage is paid by Owner. All other utilities are to be paid by the tenant(s). Gardener is provided.
- Credit Check is $40 per adult, age 18 and over.
