Income Requirement is 2.5X the amount of rent. Deposit is $500. ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS – May 1, 2024 – May 15, 2024 by 5:00 PM. Preference given to applicants who live/work in Mt. View. APPLY ONLINE or DOWNLOAD APPLICATION at https://edenhousing.org/properties/la-avenida-apartments/
Anticipated Occupancy to be September 2024. Some Units are Wheelchair Accessible. Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator. Community Amenities: Outdoor Lounge Spaces, Secure Bike Storage and Repair Center, On-site Health and Wellness Services, and thoughtfully designed community spaces.
