Apartments. Deposits are $600. Income Requirement is 2.5X the amount of rent. Wheelchair – No. Prices are subject to change. Amounts may include additional mandatory/optional fees. Units include: Full Bath – Shower & Tub, stove, refrigerator, disposal, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl flooring throughout, 2 balconies, fitness center, onsite laundry facility, street parking. Management Onsite. (Features may not be in all units) 12 month lease term. Renter Insurance Required. *Off-Parking available for $100 monthly.
