1, 2, and 3 Bedrooms. Monthly income must be below 50%/60% AMI. Deposit 1x the Rent. Min Income for Non-subsides 2.5x the rent. No specific income requirements. Waiting List Closed. Wait about 2 years. Qualified applicants must have at least one occupant in the household that is physically disabled. Must have at least four persons in their household, have at least one occupant in the household that is physically disabled and must meet the income guideline. Plus $100 extra non-refundable Holding Fee. Units include: 1 bathroom, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and carpeting. Washer/Dryer in unit. Off street parking 1 car carport. Wheelchair accessible. Total of 146 units. Must apply in person at the apartment address. 68 BMR units for low-income families and individuals.
