An increased security deposit will be required for households with pets. Min. Income Requirement 2.5X the rent and a maximum income below 50% and 80% AMI. Deposit is $750 upon approval. Wheelchair accessible. For Applications and Income Eligibility, go to https://www.avaloncommunities.com/, scroll to bottom of the page and click on Affordable Housing. Click on Program details and application to apply. All Units include: Full Bath, stainless steel appliances and quartz-stone countertops, stove, refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher, assigned parking. Additional monthly fees apply for parking, pets, or storage. Amenities includes: fitness center, rooftop lounge with views and a self-serve pet wash station.
- Garbage and Water are paid.
- Credit Check Fee is $50.25.
