Apartments. Deposits are $1,000. Income Requirement is 2.5X the amount of rent. Wheelchair – Yes. Prices are subject to change. Amounts may include additional mandatory/optional fees. Units include: Full Bath, Living/Dining Area. electric stainless steel stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, marble countertops, laminate/carpet flooring, laundry facility onsite, gated entry w/controlled access, gated parking for $75 a month, landscaped grounds, maintenance crew and onsite management.

- $45 Application fee. Must bring own credit check report for each adult 18 years of age and older
