Accepts previous evictions on a case-by-case basis. Applications can be obtained by website at: https://www.mercyhousing.org/CA-East-Leland or picked-up on site. Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. Will work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units include: bath, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Rent includes Water, Garbage, Gas and Sewer. Coin-operated laundry facility on site. Parking is available. Near Public Transportation. Near Schools and Shops. 1 Pet Accepted. Pet Deposit is $250. -300. No Deposit for Service Animal.
The complex includes 11 one bedroom, 22 two bedroom, 21 three bedroom, and 10 four bedroom residential apartments with a multi-purpose community center, management offices, outdoor space and play area, laundry facilities, and a day care.
