Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $35. No specific income requirements. Accepts Section 8. Accepts Vendor Pay. Does not accept co-signer. May work with some evictions. Requires a deposit of $1850. Will work with Rental Assistance Programs(RAP). House includes: 2 baths, stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, new paint & carpets, and laundry hook-ups. Tenant Pays All Utilities. Near schools and shops. No pets.
