Building Description
Minimum Income Requirement is 2X the amount of rent. Wheelchair Accessible. Unit includes 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Assigned Parking.
- Water is paid by Owner. Tenant pays all other utilities.
- Credit Check Fee is $30 per application for age 18 & over.
- Section 8 Welcome.
- Does not accept Cosigners.
