Comprised of 8 cottages, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Preference. Income restrictions apply. Parrot Gardens is nestled quietly at the end of St. Charles Street. Bordered on three sides by small side streets, the Beltline property sits at its rear. Nearby amenities include Parrot Village (which includes playgrounds) and the City’s Bay/Eagle Community Garden (call 510-747-4317 to be placed on the waiting list for the garden). Amenities that are within a few blocks include Littlejohn Park, a small business district on Lincoln Avenue between Morton and St. Charles streets, the Mastick Senior Center, and major bus lines are 4 blocks away. This complex has professional landscape services that maintain the common area shrubbery and trees once a week and an on-site resident manager.
