Building Description
Rent is 30% of Income. Deposit is 1X the amount of rent. Maximum income requirement is 50% of AMI. Wheelchair accessible. Subsidized Housing for Seniors 62+. WAIT LIST OPEN. Includes: 1 bath, living room, kitchen and dining area. There are raised planter gardens, computer room/library and exercise room, two elevators, Onsite Laundry. Third floor landscaped roof terrace, on site supportive services. All rooms are nonsmoking.
