Must be Age 62 or Over. Inquire regarding Minimum Income Requirement. Maximum Income must be below 60% AMI. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. Amenities include a centrally located community building, patio opening onto the community room, landscaped gardens with a selection of aesthetically pleasing plants, a separate tenant garden, and seating areas scattered throughout for individual enjoyment of trees and flowers or for small gatherings. Private porches and Onsite Laundry Facility. Wheelchair accessible.
