- This is a smoke free living environment, and tenants, staff, guests and visitors shall not smoke anywhere on the premises including outdoor areas of the community unless specifically designated. No smoking within 15 ft of entrances, exits, operable windows, and vents. Any city or state smoke ordinances must be followed by resident and guests.
- Pets are permitted with $0 monthly fee and $300 deposit. Only 1 dog or cat will be allowed per apartment. The max size of a fully grown dog should be no more than 25 lbs. Dogs & cats should be spayed or neutered. A max of 2 birds is allowed & must be kept in appropriate cages. The max aquarium size for fish is 20 gallons. The max number of small animals (gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, etc) is 2 and these animals must be kept in an appropriately sized cage.
