The Bay Area Community Land Trust (BACLT) is delighted to announce the availability of 3 apartments at 1432 12th Ave in Oakland for households earning less than 80% of Area Median Income. Applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least 2x the monthly rent and utility cost income.

Accessibility information:
The property was built in 1890 without wheelchair accessibility, however, reasonable accommodation and modification requests are welcome for review. Two units are located on the 2nd floor, and one is located on the 3rd floor.
Stairs: there are 3 steps from the street level through front gate entry. An additional 10 stairs to the building’s front door. From the 1st floor to the 2nd floor, there are 20 stairs. From the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor unit, there are an additional 17 stairs (total 50 from street level).
Doors: while building and apartment entry doors are 32” or more, interior bedroom doorways are 29”
- Water, trash, and recycling are included in the monthly rent. Electricity (PG&E) is paid directly by each unit.
- Credit Check Required. No Fee for Credit Check.
