Timber Street Senior will provide 79 units of new affordable housing for seniors in a convenient location in Newark, CA. The project will redevelop a 1-acre site and fulfill the city’s vision of transforming the surrounding neighborhood from light industrial and warehouse space to a vibrant, walkable residential neighborhood.
Minimum Income 2X the rent. Units include Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Air Condition, Heating/Cooling. Property Amenities: Indoor Community Lounge and Kitchen, Computer Lab, Community Laundry Room, Elevators, Controlled Access and Security Features, Courtyard with Community Garden, EV Chargers. Services Offered: On-Site Health and Wellness Services.
