Laguna Commons Apartment Affordable Housing Community Opening Waitlist for 1-bedroom units
Applications will be available beginning August 25, 2025 until September 15, 2025 at https://www.midpen-housing.org/property/laguna-commons/
Applicants are not required to apply in person at the management office if an online application is
submitted. A confirmation email will be received if the online application is completed successfully.
Minimum Income Requirement: 2X the monthly rent. Wheelchair Access: Inquire.
Unit includes Bath, inquire regarding appliances. Amenities: Community room w/kitchen, computer lab, laundry room, storage space, open courtyard, locked bike storage, management and services offices. Supportive Services staff will be onsite to help all residents access a wide range of programs: Case management, Mental health services, Life skills training, Recover support, Job counseling and placement, Health and wellness programs, Educational workshops, Financial literacy courses and Exercise classes.
