Building Description
Shared Housing - 2 Person Room (Beds) - Rent $750. Deposit is $0. No minimum income requirement. Single Male and Single Female accepted. Evictions OK. Share a fully furnished, community-based shared housing with access to a fully featured kitchen and common areas, including outdoor space. Parking is on the street and driveway.
Long-term housing with a 3-month minimum stay for adults experiencing homelessness and housing instability, including seniors, re-entry, veterans, individuals on fixed income, and those exiting programs who need stable placements. We accept both agency and self-referrals and same-day or next-day move-ins available, when space allows.
Please note: This housing does not provide medical or personal care services. Residents must be able to live independently and manage daily activities such as cooking, personal hygiene, and mobility within the home. Individuals with stable mental health conditions or mild disabilities are welcome, provided they are able to live independently.
- Electric, Gas, Heat, Garbage and Water are paid by Owner. Utilities, WiFi and household essentials included.
- No Credit or Background Check.
- Does not accept Cosigner.
