Longfellow Corner is new construction affordable housing providing 77 affordable one, two, and three bedroom apartments including one manager’s unit in Oakland, California. This leasing opportunity is for 42 apartments at affordable rents with income restrictions leased using the pre-application and lottery to determine waiting list order.

Online Pre-Applications will be available through https://rcdhousing.org/longfellow/ and at the Doorway Housing Portal https://housingbayarea.mtc.ca.gov/listings on April 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM until April 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Paper applications will be available for pick up and drop-off at RCD’s Fox Courts at 555 19th Street in Oakland. Paper applications will also be available on the Doorway Housing Portal and can be mailed in to: Longfellow Corner, c/o PO Box 194404, San Francisco, CA 94119. All applications must be received by the application deadline.
Units includes: Baths, Amenities: Community Room with Common Kitchen, Secure Bike Storage, Common Laundry, Landscaped Courtyard, Free Internet Service, A Smoke-Free and Pet-Friendly Community, and On-Site Property Management & Resident Services Offices.
