Foothill Family Apartments, located at 6946 Foothill Boulevard in Oakland, is accepting applications for two separate housing waitlists:

Subsidized 2- and 3-Bedroom Apartments
Non-Subsidized 2- and 3-Bedroom Apartments

Foothill Family Apartments is a 65-unit family housing community featuring a community room, onsite laundry facilities, a playground, social services, and convenient access to public transportation.

Application Period

Opens: Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 8:00 AM (PST)
Closes: Monday, July 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM (PST)

Lottery Process
All eligible applications received during the application period will be entered into a lottery. The first 2,500 applications selected through the lottery will be placed on the applicable waitlist. Applicants will be notified of their waitlist status within 120 days.
