The Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) announces a limited waitlist opening for OAHPI Project Based Voucher Program. Pre-applications will be accepted from Monday July 6, 2026 at 12:00 am through Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
Interested families must first register for the OHA Applicant Portal and then complete a pre-application during the waitlist opening period.
