Studio Apt. Rent $1,205. Deposit equal to rent. Min. Income $1890. Wheelchair Yes. The waiting list for studio units at Ashby Courts Apartments opens on June 29, 2022 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on July 6, 2022.
Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up at 1721 University Ave, Berkeley, CA 94703 at these times: Thursday, June 30, 2022 9am – 12pm, Tuesday, July 5, 2022 9am – 12pm, and Wednesday, July 6, 2022 9am – 12pm. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be postmarked by July 6, 2022 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on July 13, 2022.
Preference will be given to households who have a Housing Choice Voucher (tenant-based section 8), Shelter Plus Care Voucher or other similar subsidy. Preferences will be verified.
Units include stove, refrigerator, and carpeting. Limited parking lot: $5/mo. Coin operated laundry onsite.
