Building Description
Application Processing fee is $35 non-refundable (cash only) per adult. Requires income of 3x the rent. Accepts co-signer if no credit. No Section 8. No vendor pay. Requires established positive credit and rental history. Must not have filed Bankruptcy within the last 4 years. Bankruptcy over 4 years requires double deposit. No evictions. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. House includes 2 baths, appliances "as is", multi color carpet, front and back yard (residents to maintain). Asking 1 year lease. Tenant pays all utilities. No pets.
