No Credit Check Required. Requires an income 1.25X the amount of rent. Does not accept Section 8. Cosigner is negotiable. May accept Vendor Pay. Does not work with previous evictions. No Deposit. Will work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Share a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath House w/ Single Male/Female, Independent Living for Individuals, Age 18 Years & Up. Will work with, Developmental, Physical & Dual Diagnosis Disabilities. Rent is $900 & includes 3 Meals & Some Snacks per day. Refrigerator, Microwave, Coin-Op Laundry Facility Onsite. Electric, Heat, Garbage, Water are paid. Near Public Transportation. Near Schools & Shops. No pets. Not Wheelchair accessible.
