The waiting list for studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom units at Arya opens on February 26, 2025 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit https://housing.sanjoseca.gov/ for more information. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 5, 2025.

Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to 500 Almaden Boulevard, San Jose, CA 95110. Paper applications must be postmarked by March 5, 2025 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on March 12, 2025. A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline.
All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
