Applications can be picked up in person at 1825 San Pablo Avenue, Suite 200, Oakland, CA 94612 during normal business hours,. Paper applications will be available and received during regular business hours for the duration of the waiting list opening.

- Garbage and Water are paid.
- There is a $26 application fee for background check.
- Section 8 Welcome.

- Works with previous evictions, as long as it is not for nonpayment of rent.

- Sen Lake is conveniently located near Lake Merritt, neighborhood shops, schools, community services, and public transportation, offering residents both affordability and easy access to everyday amenities.
- No pets allowed, only service or companion animal allowed.
