Applicants are not required to apply in person at the management office if an online application is submitted. A confirmation email will be received if the online application is completed successfully. Applications will also be available for pickup starting May 8, 2024, through June 12, 2024 at the rental office between the hours of 10 AM to 2 PM Tuesday through Friday. The rental office will accept completed applications from May 8, 2024, through June 12, 2024, between the the hours of 10 AM – 2 PM Tuesday – Friday. All applications received at the management office will be date/time stamped at the time received and entered electronically by proxy by management staff. A lottery will be run periodically during the application period and applicants will be placed on the wait-list in order of lottery number within consecutive lottery runs. No fax or email applications will be accepted. If sending by US Mail, the application must be postmarked by June 12, 2024.
