Eligibility:
·    Head of Household or Co-Head must be 62 years or older at the time of application.The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Hillcrest Gardens opens on October 31, 2023, at 9:00 AM.Applications will be available online to print. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on November 7, 2023.Paper applications will also be available to pick up at 550 Hillcrest Avenue, Livermore, CA 94550 at the following times:·    Tuesday, October 31, 2023, through Tuesday, November 7, 2023, 9am – 12pm, 1pm – 5pmPaper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications must be postmarked by November 7, 2023, AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on November 14, 2023.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on October 31, 2023, at 9:00 AM and close on November 7, 2023, at 5:00 PM. Please call (877) 540-9916 for assistance.

1-bedroom units. Must be Age 62+ or Disabled. Monthly income must be below 30% AMI.  Deposit is1X the amount of rent. No specific income requirements. Wheelchair Yes. Units include stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, air conditioning & heating, vertical blinds, carpet and linoleum floors. On site coin-operated laundry.  No parking fees.  Tenants must pay own Cable. 

  •  Electric, Heat, Water, Garbage are paid.
  • Credit Check is Required – No Fee.
  • Section 8 Welcome.
