Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on November 7, 2023.Paper applications will also be available to pick up at 1780 Chester Drive, Pittsburg, CA 94565 at the following times:·    Tuesday, October 31, 2023, 10am – 3pm·    Wednesday, November 1, 2023, 10am – 3pm·    Thursday, November 2, 2023, 10am – 3pm Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications must be postmarked by November 7, 2023, AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on November 14, 2023.A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline.
