Income requirement is 30% of AMI. Wheelchair accessible. WAIT LIST OPEN. NO VACANCY. Units include: stove, refrigerator, blinds and carpet. Coin operated laundry onsite. 12 handicap accessible units. Only 3 of the 2 bedrooms are handicap accessible. Smoking o.k. in units and in the community room. Community room includes: t.v., pool table, etc. Total of 26 developmentally disabled units. Subsidized Housing for Developmentally Disabled whose income does not exceed 50% of the area median income (very-low income). Accepting disabled head of household where household includes children. Priority to those who meet federal preference. Maximum occupancy is 3 people for 1 bedroom and 5 for 2 bedrooms. Office hr.: M & F 9 a.m.-12 p.m., Tues. & Thurs. 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Garbage, Water are paid.
Credit Check Fee is $35.
