56 Subsidized Apartments for Seniors 62+ and Disabled 18+ (mobility impaired). Complete verification of income which is 30% of their allowable income. 6 units on 1st floor units are wheelchair accessible and are accessibility-featured units. WAIT LIST Closed. The waiting list is 1+ yrs but the wait can fluctuate depending on vacancies. All units include electric stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, carpet, blinds, cable tv hookup, emergency calling, and rails in bath. Community room, Community Garden, Coin operated laundry on site. Limited Parking.
Water, Garbage are paid. $20 utility allowance for studio and $30 utility allowance for 1bdrm per month.
No credit check fee.
