WAIT LISTS OPEN FOR STUDIO (TAX CREDIT UNITS) and SECTION 8 WAIT LIST IS OPEN. Must be Age 62 and Over. Minimum Income requirement is 2X amount of rent. Wheelchair accessible. Section 8 and Oakland Housing Authority Referrals Accepted for tax credit units where minimum and limits of income are required. Deposit equals the amount of rent for Section 8 Units – can be paid in installments. Deposits for Tax Credit Units vary. Rates and availability subject to change without notice. For more information, Contact (510) 465-9346. Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Fixtures, Cabinets, Views and Hardwood Flooring. Gated Parking and Parking fee is $15. Community Amenities: Coin-op laundry, TV/Computer/Library Lounge, Tranquil Garden/BBQ Area, Onsite Social Service Coordinator, Lunch at a rate of $1 per day, and free bus shuttle service. Spanish speaking staff is on hand. Some studios have balconies. There is a van on site to take them shopping and on trips. Smoke Free Building.

Unit Description
If a 211 caller asks for help filling out an application refer them back to the manager of Northgate terrace for help. Must make an appointment. There was a mistake on their application since 211 does not provide this assistance.
