Waiting List Open. Subsidized Senior Housing for Independent Living for 62+. If below the age of 62 must be handicapped and low-income (Maximum income is $32,700 for 1 person and $37,380 for 2). Security deposit is 30% of income or $50 whichever is greater. Wheelchair Yes. A limited number of apartments have features for the mobility impaired. Units include stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, wall to wall carpet, mini blinds, cable tv hookup. Wall-to-wall carpet and mini blinds.Two coin operated laundry facilities on site, Electronically controlled building access & gated parking, Community Room w/ Kitchen, Landscaped Grounds & raised Garden Beds, Computer Lab, Onsite Service Coordination, Exercise Equipment.
