Subsidized housing for Seniors 62+ and 18+ handicap/ disabled. 8 units are specified for mobility impaired residents Annual income for one person may not exceed the HUD income limits for the Oakland area. Subsidized rent will not exceed 30% of income (from all sources). Residents must agree to comply with all HUD and owner requirements for admissions and annual verification of income and assets. Wheelchair OK (some units). WAIT LIST CLOSED. Units include: 1 bath, electric range, refrigerator, garbage disposals, wall to wall carpet & mini blinds, cable tv hookup, controlled entry access, limited gated parking. Amenities: Laundry facilities onsite, Community Room, Onsite Service Coordination. Elevator. Smoke-Free Community. 80 units/6 stories
