Building Description
NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST CLOSED FOR 2 & 3 BEDROOM. Cooperative-subsidized units for low-income (maximum of 80% of median income, minimum of 50% of median income) and very low-income (50% of median income or below) families or individuals. Unit Includes: 2 baths, refrigerator and stove. Parking stalls (one stall per unit and more can be requested). Clients must call first. Some split-level townhouse style apartments. Must provide driver's license and Social Security card. For children please provide their SS card and birth certificates. One and two bedrooms are wheelchair accessible Total of 44 units.

- Credit Check Fee is $25 in money order form WITH APPLICATION for each adult. Background Check included.
- Section 8 Welcome.

- Does not accept cosigner.
- Will not work with previous evictions.

- Near public transportation, schools and shops.
