Income Requirement 2.5X the amount of rent and a maximum income of 60% AMI. Wheelchair accessible on first floor. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. Units included: Bath, dishwasher, electric stove, garbage disposal and refrigerator. Washer and dryer. Either an outdoor patio or balcony. Parking areas with carports. Residents will have use of the community center. Total of 72 units.
