Subsidized housing for low and very low income Seniors 62+ or person in wheelchair 18+(with a mobility impairment). Income must not exceed 30% of the median area income. Wheelchair accessible units.
1 bdrm. Rent 30% of Income. Deposit equals the rent. No Minimum Income Requirement. Total Household Income must not exceed: 1 person: $54,500. 2 persons: $62,300. 3 persons: $70,100. The head-of-household must be 62 or older at the time of application, or age 18 or older and have a disability. Wheelchair OK. WAITING LIST OPENS on APRIL 9, 2025 and CLOSES on APRIL 25, 2025.
