Studios and 1 Bdrm. Apt. Seniors 62+. Rent is 30% of Income. Deposit equal to rent. No min income Wheelchair OK. Household Income must not exceed the income limits: 1 Person: $47,950. 2 Persons: $54,800. Wait list will open January 25. Applications must be submitted on-line by 5:00 PM, February 1.
