Building Description
20-Unit HUD Subsidized One & Two Bedroom Apartments for Mentally Challenged Households – Head of Household MUST be Mentally disabled and able to live independently. Rents will be based on 30% of Adjusted household income. Bay Area Community Services (BACS) will provide social services. Monthly income must be below 50% AMI. NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST CLOSED.
Units include: stove, refrigerator, mini blinds, air conditioning, Community room, Laundry facility, Carport Parking. Some units are adaptable/accessible for the physically disabled. There are upstairs units. 3 wheelchair accessible units. Maximum family size is 3 people (for 1 bdrm) and Maximum family is 5 (for 2 bdrm).
- Garbage, water, heat paid. Electric is paid by the tenant.
