STUDIO $1,635. 1 BDRM $1,752. 2 BDRM $2,103. Must be Age 62 or Over. Monthly income must be below 50% AMI. Rent is 30% of adjusted income or rent listed, whichever is more. Rent ranges are $380-$437 for Studio; $454-$522 for 1 Bdrm.; $550-$633 for 2 Bdrm. (Income Limits and Rent Rates are subject to change) Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. All units are fully equipped. Waiting list for parking spaces. Wheelchair accessible. Total of 150 units in bldg.
