Building Description
Income requirement is 2.5Xs the amount of rent. Not wheelchair accessible. Deposits: 1 Bedroom is $600. 2 Bedroom is $700. 3 Bedroom is $800. Units include dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, wall to wall carpeting, some units have hardwood floors, washer and dyer inside unit, onsite laundry facility, one parking space. 132 units.

- Credit Check Fee is $45.
